NEW WEIGHT WATCHERS PLAN NOV 2022 & 2023
It seems like it’s only a year since the WW Personal Points program was launched.
In all my years of being on and off WW, I don’t recall any company making such a rapid change. They usually make major program changes every two to three years.
This quick change shows me that members have not liked the Personal points program or found success with it.
It was great that the company listened to the members and changed a program that was not working.
I will share everything I know about the new Weight Watchers plan, for Nov 2022 and 2023.

WHEN WILL THE NEW WW PROGRAM START?
The date for the changes has not been officially announced by the company. However, rumors suggest that the changes will occur around November 14, 2022.
Some people were told by their WW coaches to expect a new program this month.
This is another sign that it is happening: all WW cookbooks are on sale at 50%!
WHY SHOULD WE CHANGE THE WW PROGRAM
Members have many options with the current Personal Points program. You can also edit your assessment answers to modify your program.
I know this for myself. If I have too many options, I can get overwhelmed. People who are trying to change their lifestyles for the better can find simplicity much more appealing.
The main reason they’re changing the program is that it is too confusing and offers too many options. This is just my opinion. LOL!

What will the NEW WEIGHT WATCHERS PROGRAM BE IN NOV 2022 AND 2023
Dee Dishes YouTube is a great source for inside information. She appears to have great contacts at WW corporate.
According to her information, everyone will have the same zero-point foods list, except for diabetics. These are the zero-point foods that she believes will be included on the list.
- non-starchy vegetables
- lean poultry
- non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- non-fat cottage cheese
- popcorn (plain, air-popped)
We are sorry to inform you that potatoes and rice will not be included in the new zero-point foods list. You can still eat these items, but you must count the points.
WHAT PERCENTAGES WILL I RECEIVE IN A DAY?
It is not yet known how many points you will receive per day. Rumors suggest that it could be as high as 23 points.
Daily points can also vary depending on your age, weight, height, and so forth. It used to be.
Members will receive a weekly points allowance as well as a daily points allotment, according to the belief.

CAN I GET BONUS POINTS ON THE NEW WW PLAN?
Insiders claim that bonus points will be very restricted. It seems like the number of bonus points we had in 2022 has led to stagnant weight loss or even gains.
You can get bonus points for drinking water or eating vegetables.
MOVE to get bonus points!
We all know this is very important for the best results.
RECIPES WILL BE STREAMLINED
The best thing about me is that everyone will get the same points!
Every time they make a change to their plan, I spend hours updating all my recipes. It was horrible doing it for Personal Points. This is great news.
They are still using the same algorithm to calculate points for food.
SOUNDS A LOT LIKE A “BLUE” PLAN
If you find this plan to be similar to the old Blue plan, I would agree with you!
It sounds a lot like our previous blue plan. This plan is a great choice if you love blue.
The new plan is still not known. I’m eager to find out the name of the new plan!
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE CHANGES?
Change is hard. You’ve read the new Weight Watchers plan Nov 2022, 2023… what do you think?
The Personal Points may be your favorite feature, but you might feel anxious that the plan will change again.
You may even be excited to see a new plan that works better for you.
